40gms        Black Treacle

40gms        Extra Virgin Olive Oil

38gms        Tomato Puree

32gms        Demerera Sugar

24gms        Soy Sauce

20gms        Red Chilli Chopped

20gms        Roasted Red Onions

14gms        Cider Vinegar

10gms        Maple Syrup

10gms        Roasted Garlic Puree

8gms          Ginger Puree

8gms          Salt

4gms          Milled Lemon Zest

4gms          Lime Juice

2gms          Chopped Oregano

2gms          Chopped Tarragon

2gms           Fine Black Pepper

 

Mix all the ingredients together. You can use this to marinade chicken drumsticks, lamb cutlets, pork ribs etc before barbecuing or grilling as normal
