Our in-house food technologists excel in forming virtually any Butter pellet or flavoured portion in 10g, 15g, 20g circle, oval, disc, log or stuffing to suit your recipe. we can even help you develop the recipe.

We work with almost every butter including, English speciality butters, unsalted butter, salted butters, cheese and butter or margarine and butter.

Some of our more exotic butter pellets include roasted caramellised style onion and goats cheese pellets, Spicy Thai, maple syrup with Honey and a host more.

Our more traditional range includes moules marnier, mint, champagne and tarragon, honey with chilli and Moroccan. In short, you name it and we can almost certainly provide your butter pellet portion in any variety of genuine flavours!
