This Traditional Sticky Barbecue Sauce can be used to marinade chicken drumsicks, pork ribs or your favourite cut of meat before barbecuing or grilling. Additionaly it is well suited to topping off a perfect burger.

40gms Black Treacle
40gms Extra Virgin Olive Oil
38gms Tomato Puree
32gms Demerera Sugar
24gms Soy Sauce
20gms Red Chilli Chopped
20gms Roasted Red Onions
14mls Cider Vinegar
10gms Maple Syrup
10gms Roasted Garlic Puree
8gms Ginger Puree
8gms Salt
4gms Milled Lemon Zest
4mls Lime Juice
2gms Chopped Oregano
2gms Chopped Tarragon
2gms Fine Black Pepper
Method:- Mix all the ingredients together and brush over your selected Meats or Vegetables. Why not try it with a little extra spice by adding more chopped red chilli and a dash of tabasco sauce.
