Tzatsiki (Yoghurt Dip)
256gms Low Fat Natural Yogurt
20gms Chopped Dill
20gms Garlic Puree
20gms Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4.5gms Salt
1.5gms Fine Black Pepper
Mix all the ingredients together. Can be used as a dip for cruditees, as a dressing for salmon or a bhajis dip.
