Tomato Salsa

400gms    Nachos 

80gms      Tomatoes

24gms      Sundried Tomato Puree

20gms      White Onion

20gms      Sliced Mozarella

12gms      Tomato Puree

10gms      Lime Juice

10gms      Extra Virgin Olive Oil

10gms      Water

9gms       Chopped Coriander

5gms       White Sugar

4gms       Garlic Puree

2gms       Chopped Ginger

2gms       Salt

1gms       Chopped Red Chilli

0.4gms    Ground Black Pepper

 

Chop up the tomatoes and finely chop the onions. Mix all the ingredients together and pour over the nachos. Put the sliced cheese on top and grill until melted.
