39.6gms          Chopped Parsley

23gms             Dijon Mustard

18gms             Chopped Basil

10gms             Fresh Lemon Juice

8gms               Chopped Mint

6.6gms            Garlic Puree

1.2gms            Salt

1gm                Cracked Black Pepper

 

 Mix together all the ingredients until thoroughly combined. This is a great accompaniment with fish.
