Our in house technologists use a blend of Butter & Margarine, Butter & Oil or Margarine to create a smooth pliable spread, perfect for adding to breads, pizzas, fish & cakes.

By adding fresh, frozen or dried ingredients you can create almost any flavour desired from garlic & parsley for traditional garlic pizza bread to salted caramel perfect for swirling into the centre of a brioche.

Our spreads can be supplied in 4kg or 8kg pails frozen to achieve the longest shelf life.

All Hiltfields products are bespoke and made with high quality ingredients as well as being GM, nut and seed free.
